In the course of experimental and design work have been developed reference technical requirements for construction of a deep stand-alone station designated to perform non-stop monitoring of the shelf environment containing the following spaced modules:

• Hydro physical measuring module;
• Hydro chemical measuring module;
• Gravity-microseismic module;
• Module for measuring terrestrial electromagnetic field;
• Module for measuring the deep-seated thermal current;
• Module for measuring sedimentation concentrations;
• Module for hydro acoustic data exchange between the spaced modules;
• Module of emersion and immersion with a system of data relay to man-made Earth’s satellites or on-shore data processing centers.

Completed surveys allowed to substantiate and develop reference technical requirements to be used as the base in construction of the experimental autonomous bottom station model for non-stop monitoring of the state of the environment.
